I had issues with. Bubble in my tire and spoke to Justin. He handled the warranty claim and had the new install done within a hour. Great customer service and professionalism. I will make an effort to return to this locations for further needs.

I GAVE ONE STAR BECAUSE THERE WAS NOT A LESSER OPTION! My stepson came over to my house to do a tire rotation and an oil change. Got the oil changed and started to do the tire rotation. A month prior to this, my stepson had a flat tire and took it to pep boys to get it fixed. Pep boys fixed the flat. Fast forward to the tire rotation this last Sunday the 30th of August. We were taking the front tire off that had the flat and low and behold there was a cross threaded lug nut! My stepson did not save the receipt so we didn't have any proof they did it. Well I am totally capable of getting the nut off and replacing the lug, I just did not feel like fixing it on Sunday. So against my better judgement, and not wanting to fix it myself I let my stepson take it back to the same pep boys and was willing to pay to get the brakes changed and fix the lug that was bad. My stepson turned the car in first thing this morning Aug 31st. I called a couple of times to see if they had an itemized bill, because I am the mechanic in the family and I was the one going to foot the bill. The couple of calls happened between 8am and 10 am. We had an appointment to have a brake light replaced on one of our company vehicles. This wasn’t a standard bulb that could be easily changed, so our office scheduled the appointment with Pep Boys to have it taken care of. We arrived a few minutes early, so I expected there might be a short wait. The employee at the front desk told us to “give him just a minute,” so we took a seat. However, 30 minutes after our scheduled appointment time, he still hadn’t come back to get our keys and had disappeared into the back. We ultimately waited about 45 minutes while still on the clock before our boss told us to go ahead and leave. As we were leaving, I was holding the door open for my coworker when the same employee came in from outside, cutting right in front of my coworker as they were trying to exit the building. He never acknowledged us, apologized for the wait, or explained the delay. I completely understand that businesses can be short-staffed or running behind. Things happen. However, communication goes a long way. A simple update or apology would have made a big difference. Instead, we were left waiting with no information, and our appointment was ultimately a complete waste of t

Came in 10 mins before close with an emergency and they happily helped me get a new tire. Spencer and Austin worked fast and the price was reasonable. Kind incredible workers here stayed late and got the job done!

I put 5 stars for the Pep Boys on Davis highway in Pensacola, Only. They are the one that did my last servicing. They honored a warranty from another Pep Boys for work that they didn't do. I feel that they were very fair. I am very thankful for the good work Davis Hwy did and the extra care their mechanic took. They were courteous, friendly, and did what they could to make my other visit right. I told them I worry about putting a good review in for quite a few reasons mainly because i've done that before and then wished that I had not because myself or someone I recommended to different places did not have a good experience. The mechanics were fine with that, but as I drive my car and think about the fact that they covered a pretty major cost to do the right thing.I have to recommend like I said this Pep Boys on Davis highway.They were honest and did a great job.
